You’ve outgrown fragmented advice

When your picture is complex, business ownership, equity compensation, real estate, a liquidity event, you need one integrated strategy, built by one team, that manages the complexity you no longer want to manage alone.

SERVING CLIENTS NATIONWIDE

Most advice has been delivered in pieces.

You have a CPA. You have an investment advisor. You may have an estate attorney. The problem isn’t any one of them. It’s that no one is coordinating across all three, and no one is giving you a complete picture of where you actually stand.

Planning windows close before you know they existed. You find out in April what could have been done in October.

Investment gains at the wrong time

A portfolio built without tax context generates the wrong gains at the wrong time. Coordination is required from day one.

Risks that have never been named

Concentrated positions, key-man exposure, and entity liability. Most clients have never had it mapped in one place.

Drafted once and filed away. As wealth compounds, the documents rarely keep pace. Exposure accumulates silently.

Built for complexity that demands a team.

There’s a point where the fragmented approach stops working, not because you aren’t capable, but because the complexity demands coordination that can’t be replicated without a dedicated, integrated team.

A clear process.

We don’t believe in creating urgency. We believe in giving you enough clarity that the right decision becomes obvious on its own.

Greyson Integrated Wealth Framework™

Four disciplines. One strategy.

Most firms hand you specialists who operate independently. We integrate tax, investments, risk, and estate into a single framework designed together so every decision reflects the full picture.

CAPITAL ARCHITECTURE · PHASE I

Build the engine.

RISK MANAGEMENT · PHASE II

Protect what you’ve built.

ESTATE & LEGACY ENGINEERING · PHASE III

Decide who, when, and how.

TAX STRATEGY · PHASE IV

Keep more of what you earn.

What changes when everything is integrated.

A Call in the fall, not April.

You hear from us before December 31 with specific advice, not a tax bill in April with an explanation of what couldn’t be undone.

Before the offer is signed, not after.

The most expensive mistakes in a business sale happen before closing. We’re engaged in the pre-transaction window, where structure, terms, and estate implications can still be shaped.

Access individual investors don’t get.

Institutional managers and alternative strategies typically reserved for endowments and family offices, opened to our clients through our platform.

Risk you didn't know you had, identified and mitigated.

Concentrated positions, key-man exposure, entity liability, and personal coverage, reviewed together, from the start.

Your family has full visibility.

Your spouse understands the plan. Your children won’t be surprised. The whole picture is handled, coordinated, and current.

Questions clients ask before they call us.

I already have a CPA and a financial advisor. What does Greyson do that's different?

We integrate. Most clients have good individual advisors. What they don’t have is one team coordinating tax, investments, and estate as a single strategy. The gap between three good advisors and one coordinated plan is usually expensive. That’s the gap we close.

Because tax exposure drives almost every other financial decision. What to invest in, where to hold it, when to sell, how to structure an exit, when to convert, when to gift. Build the investment plan first and you build it on a flawed foundation. Build the tax strategy first and everything downstream becomes easier and more efficient.

A broker is generally held to a “best interest” standard on transactions. As Investment Adviser Representatives, we act as fiduciaries on advisory engagements, meaning we’re obligated to put your interests ahead of ours, with full disclosure of any conflicts.

Earlier is materially better. Pre-sale entity restructuring, installment sale elections, trust funding, and charitable vehicle deployment all require time, typically 12 to 24 months before close. The earlier we engage, the more tools are available.

Three fee structures, matched to the work: assets-under-management on managed portfolios, flat planning fees on integrated planning engagements, and hourly billing on tax-only work. Full disclosures appear in our Form ADV Part 2A.

For our clients, “financial advisor” understates the role. We coordinate tax strategy, estate planning, and institutional investment management as one integrated plan. We’re based in Columbus and serve clients nationwide.

Client’s assets are held at LPL Financial, the largest independent broker-dealer custodian in USA.

Wirehouse advisors typically work for the firm. We’re independent, affiliated with LPL Financial as our broker-dealer, with no proprietary products to sell, no quotas, and no in-house investments we’re paid to recommend.
